Discover delicious ways to prepare our premium farm-fresh meats and deli products. From traditional roasts to modern techniques, we've gathered our favourite cooking suggestions to help you make the most of your purchase.
Beef
Roasting Joints: For the perfect roast, bring meat to room temperature for 30 minutes before cooking. Season generously and roast at 200°C, then reduce to 180°C. Use a meat thermometer for best results.
Steaks: Pat dry and season well. Sear in a hot pan for 2-3 minutes each side for medium-rare. Rest for half the cooking time before serving.
Pork
Pork Chops: Pan-fry, grill or BBQ. Cook to an internal temperature of 63°C and rest before serving.
Slow Roast Shoulder: Low and slow is key - cook at 150°C for 4-5 hours until tender and falling apart. Perfect for pulled pork.
Lamb
Leg of Lamb: Score the fat, insert rosemary and garlic, then roast at 200°C for 20 minutes per 500g plus 20 minutes. Rest well before carving.
Lamb Chops: Quick and easy - season and griddle for 3-4 minutes each side. Serve pink for maximum flavour.
Poultry
Whole Chicken: Stuff with lemon and herbs, roast at 190°C for 20 minutes per 500g plus 20 minutes. Ensure juices run clear.
Chicken Breasts: Avoid drying out by cooking gently - pan-fry or bake at 180°C until internal temperature reaches 74°C.
