At Albion Farm Online Butchers & Deli, we are committed to providing the highest quality meat and deli products. We take great care in sourcing, preparing, and packaging all our products to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.

Perishable Products

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we operate a strict policy regarding returns and refunds:

  • All sales are final once products have been delivered or collected
  • We cannot accept returns of perishable food items for health and safety reasons
  • Products must be refrigerated immediately upon receipt

When We Will Provide a Refund

We will provide a full refund or replacement in the following circumstances:

  • Faulty or damaged products: If your order arrives damaged or spoiled
  • Incorrect items: If you receive the wrong product
  • Missing items: If items are missing from your order
  • Quality issues: If the product does not meet our quality standards

How to Request a Refund

If you believe your order qualifies for a refund, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery or collection with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photographs of the product (if applicable)

Refund Process

Once we receive and review your refund request:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 working days
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled delivery or collection time. Cancellations made within 24 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Gift Cards

Gift cards are non-refundable once purchased. They can be redeemed against any products in our store and have a one year expiry date from issue.
