Delivery Options

We offer the following delivery methods:

  • Standard Shipping - Delivery within 2 business days (if ordered before 12pm) £10
  • Local Delivery - Available with 8 miles of our postcode OL3 5RQ - Delivered only on Fridays for only £4.
  • Please note that there is a minimum order value of £35
  • In-Store Pickup - Collect your order from our location - minimum spend of £20

Delivery & Packing Cost

There is a set delivery and packing cost of £10.00  We have carefully selected our courier and packaging provider to ensure our products are delivered to you in the freshest possible condition.  DPD will update you via email or text when your products are out for delivery.

Delivery Times

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days.  If you place your order before 12pm we will aim to ship them for next day delivery subject to availability.  Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the delivery method selected at checkout.  We currently only deliver Tuesday to Friday.  Local delivery is only available on a Friday.  If you require a specific delivery day please leave this instruction as a request at checkout and we will require 1 weeks notice. 

Packaging

All meat products are carefully packaged to maintain freshness and quality during transit. We use insulated packaging with sheep's wool and ice packs to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition.  The wool packs are recyclable and can be returned to our packaging partner free of charge.

Delivery Areas

We deliver throughout the UK. Specific delivery zones and rates will be displayed at checkout based on your postcode.  Unfortunately we are unable at present to deliver to Northern Ireland, UK Islands and the Scottish Highlands.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available.

Delivery Issues

If you experience any issues with your delivery, please contact us immediately at shopalbion@outlook.com quoting your order number, name and contact details and we will resolve the matter promptly.

Terms & Conditions

By placing an order, you agree to our delivery terms. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services or circumstances beyond our control. Please ensure someone is available to receive your perishable goods or you have nominated a safe place to leave your goods.  Once delivery has been completed either in person or at your safe location  you are then fully responsible for them and we recommend that you refrigerate the products immediately. 

When inputting the shipping address, customers must ensure the details are accurate when placing the order, as we are not liable for incorrect delivery instructions.
