Succulent, flavourful meat with a firm, satisfying texture you'll taste from the first bite.

Each crown arrives with the legs removed, leaving you with premium white breast meat on the bone plus wings to the first joint—quicker to cook, easier to carve, and perfectly suited to traditional roasting. Dry plucked by hand and hung for a minimum of 10 days, these birds deliver the depth of flavour that transforms Christmas dinner into something truly special.

Every crown comes individually boxed and hand finished, complete with vacuum-packed giblets, fresh herbs, cooking instructions, and a recipe for the perfect stuffing. A note: you may spot the occasional small pen feather—it's completely normal and will frazzle away during roasting, so no need to fuss.
